Upon arrival, the hotel gave off a musty smell, but the super clean rooms at the first floor level were surprisingly relaxing. The service team, other than the lackadaisical attitude at the market place, had a standout chef during Easter weekend who took extra care of the kids' meals. The location had its ups and downs, needing more maintenance but offering nice beach and pool areas. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the Mexican food was enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The room I had was nice, quiet, and lovely, but it was not stocked with enough towels.
